The Cowwarr Football Netball Club is thrilled to welcome two massive inclusions for season 2026 – Jack Johnstone and Shannen Lange.

Both arrive from the Sale Football Netball Club, bringing outstanding leadership, VFL & Gippsland League experience and class to the Saints.

Jack Johnstone joins as a proven leader and experienced senior coach, having guided Sale to multiple finals campaigns and a Grand Final appearance. A respected voice across Gippsland football, Jack brings a wealth of knowledge and on-field toughness that will help drive our group forward.

Shannen Lange adds elite midfield talent and game-changing ability. A dual Trood & Rodda Medal winner and one of the Gippsland League’s most dynamic players, Shannen’s skill, composure and competitiveness will be a huge asset in the red, white and black.

We couldn’t be more excited to have both on board as we continue to build towards a strong 2026 season.
