The Cowwarr Football Netball Club is thrilled to welcome Tristen Waack to the Saints for season 2026!

TRISTen joins us with an impressive football résumé — a Traralgon premiership player, with VFL experience at both Box Hill and the Northern Bullants, as well as time in the NTFL with Palmerston.

A hard-running, disciplined midfielder/defender, Tristan is renowned for his work rate, tackling pressure and leadership on and off the field. His professionalism and experience at higher levels will bring enormous value to our young playing group and help drive the standards across the club.
